AEROBIC GYMNASTICS
Aerobic gymnastics is the ability to perform continuous complex and high intensity aerobic movement patterns to music, which originate from traditional aerobic exercises: the routine must demonstrate continuous movement, flexibility, strenght and the utilisation of the seven basic steps, with perfectly executed difficulty elements.

DEFINITION OF AEROBIC MOVEMENT PATTERNS
Combination of basics steps together with arm movements: all performed to music, to create dymamic, rhythmic and continuous sequences of high and low impact movements.

RAMONA IOVAN
Ramona is a graduate of the prestigious “Cetate” Deva National Sport College, Romania.
She is a graduate of the Faculty of Physical Education and Sport (Specialisation Gymnastics) with a Masters in Sport Management.

Her gymnastic career developed through three phases:

Gymnast
Ramona competed in both artistic and aerobic gymnastics winning Multiple Romanian titles.

Romanian National Junior Coach (2005-2013)
Her athletes have won numerous European and World Championships.

International Aerobic Gymnastics Judge
Mona has full understanding of international rules, regulations and standards for gymnastics. This is an important factor that contributes very significantly to standards in her classes.

Classes:

KIDS GYMNASTICS
Aerobic gymnastics for girls and boys (5 to 12 years old). This sport provides your children with the opportunity to develop a harmonious and healthy body. Also, their motric abilities are enhanced: strength, resistance, speed, mobility and coordination.

ADULT CLASSES
Kangoo Jumps is a new form of aerobics which focuses particularly on the lower limbs and the abdomen. It develops the muscular strength and resistance. The Kangoo Jumps classes use especially conceived shoes that have special springs on their soles.

Gymnastics for adults, suitable for beginners, improves over all health.

Step aerobic aims to increase the tonus of your feet and buttocks, improving the tonus of the arms and back, accelerating weight loss.

Aerobic work both the lower and upper limbs, developing at the same time the muscles of the back and abdomen.
The classes can have a different intensity, depending on the demands of the club members.

FEES

The clients/members have the possibility to pay per class or you can choose one of the passes offered.
